Q: What information do we need to provide when we book a trip to Bhutan?

Q: Is it possible to customize our own tour?

A: Yes, we will customize a private itinerary to your liking and preferences. Please let us know if you already have in mind of places that you would like to visit and we will include them into the itinerary within the duration of your trip in the country. We will also suggest attractions you should visit and overnight stays.

Q: How do we book flight tickets?

A: There are 2 airlines that operate flights in and out of Bhutan -Druk Air and Bhutan Airlines. Once the customized program has been designed and tentative travel dates and point of embarkation are fixed, we will give you the timings and price of the available flights.

Q: How many points of embarkations are there into Bhutan?

A: There are four points of embarkations into the country – Bangkok (Thailand), Dhaka (Bangladesh), New Delhi, Kolkata, Bagdogra, Guwahati & Gaya (India), Kathmandu (Nepal) and Singapore.

Q: Which hotels are recommended?

A: We provide the best 3 to 4 star hotel options. However, if you wish to stay in a 5 star, we will book it for you with an additional supplement charge.

Q: What is the payment procedure?

A: We require a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total trip cost as an advance at the time of receiving the booking to guarantee space. The balance amount would be required at least 45 days prior to the arrival date in Bhutan. Please note that all payments needs to be wire transferred through a bank, the details of which shall be furnished at the time of confirming the trip.
